Genesees Care is a provider of home care services, providing personalised care for teens aged 16 and adults up to the age of 65 years and above in their own homes or in their supported living accommodation.
Services are tailored for each client to be in accordance with their cultural and language needs. The flexibility of our home care enables you or your loved ones to live safely and comfortably in the home you know best.
Our services will involve a programme of personal care and household management, personalised for each client in the form of a Care Plan. This service enables our clients to enjoy the higher possible standard of care in every aspect. We aim to deliver daily home care and assistance to whoever may require it while retaining their dignity and independence and respecting their loved one's wishes and demands.

High-Quality Care Services from Genesees Care
Genesees Care offers personal care services such as:

Washing/bathing/showering/shaving/grooming or cleaning teeth

Toileting and all aspects of personal hygiene

Getting in and out of bed

Assisting with the use of Aids to Daily Living/Rehabilitation Aids, as required

Helping with rehabilitation programmes, as prescribed by Healthcare professionals

Day/evening/night sitting services, as required

Meal planning and preparation
Genesees Care also offers domestic and household services such as:

General cleaning duties, to include cleaning/dusting/vacuuming/polishing

Laundering/handwashing/ironing/light needlework, as required

Shopping, and the preparation of shopping lists and assistance with budgeting

Light gardening tasks
Our services are provided on a day/evening/night shift, 7 days a week. We will accommodate the personal care to clients’ needs and hours of work will be adjusted as per the preference of clients.
Genesees Care offers home care services to clients in local communities because of our links to patients and social services in those areas.
