Supplying Care Staff
We provide professional, friendly and reliable recruitment services with a specific focus on supplying staff to provide personal care and support to persons with physical, intellectual or learning disabilities between the ages of 16 and 65 and to older people aged 65 years and above. We also provide staff for those in need of palliative care. Genesees Care places high-quality candidates in loyal partnership with different companies, offering sought-after temporary and permanent healthcare positions.
We are currently providing nurses and carers/support staff in and around Oxfordshire as well as to the Buckinghamshire areas. Our pool of staff members has flexible working patterns therefore giving us the capacity to provide you with staff at any time – day or night. We recruit staff with caring attributes and integrity, people who are ‘champions of the vulnerable’ and DBS checked.
Our services to date have involved programmes of nursing home care, supported living, live-in care and household management personalised for each service user as required in their Care Plan. Our staff are trained to do this without undermining the dignity and independence of the service user.
